Launch your dive professional career and take your first step into marine conservation by enrolling in our Marine Conservation Divemaster Internship — where professional training meets real-world ocean education.

Cape RADD and Impact Divers are excited to introduce a NEW training Program:

This programme isn’t just about creating qualified Divemasters, it’s about developing ocean ambassadors with a deeper understanding of marine education and conservation.

Through this 2-month internship, trainees combine professional-level dive training with hands-on marine conservation experience, learning how to share meaningful knowledge with guest, gain a level of lead citizen science field experience and increase the positive impact of every dive.

Why this matters:

  • Stand out as a dive professional with deeper conservation knowledge and certification
  • Add real value for employers looking for more than just technical skills
  • Increase your impact as an ocean ambassador

Beyond preparing candidates to become confident, industry-ready SSI professionals, our aim is to deepen their understanding of marine conservation and give them the opportunity to apply that knowledge directly in the field. This program has already drawn strong interest from individuals pursuing careers in marine biology, conservation, yacht work, and professional guiding, as well as divers looking to expand both their scientific awareness and their diving expertise.
